• Design and oversee the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all children and aligns with British educational standards.
• Ensure the kindergarten meets all regulatory requirements and standards set by local authorities and the British curriculum, conducting regular evaluations and audits.
• Monitor children's progress, identify individual needs, and implement strategies to support their emotional, social, and cognitive development.
• Oversee the welfare of all children in the KG, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
• Prepare for inspections and evaluations by local authorities and educational bodies.

- Must have in-depth understanding of early childhood development principles and practices, particularly within the context of the British curriculum
