Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• Qualify leads and conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the challenges and requirements of prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
• Collaborate with the operations teams to seamlessly onboard clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase company's capabilities and features.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contract negotiations to close sales deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
• Regularly review sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in full cycle (prospecting to closing), quota carrying sales role.
• 3+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales, Logistics and/or Supply Chain solution sales. (Mandatory)
• No inbound leads; Experience in cold-calling prospects.
• Demonstrated ability to run a sales discovery and demo meeting and run a structured sales process.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the logistics or freight industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Candidate should be based out of Dubai.
