Executive - Business Relationship and Client Servicing

We are seeking a dynamic Business Relationship and Client Servicing Executive to manage and grow relationships with our key clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry, specifically working with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) or assistance companies. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance domain, including claims processes, provider management, and marketing strategies, to ensure high-level service delivery and maintain long-term client satisfaction. 


Fluency in Arabic is a must to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, providing solutions to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the marketing and provider management teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of services.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with healthcare providers, ensuring competitive pricing and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including claims, underwriting, and operations, to deliver high-quality client servicing.
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, addressing issues related to claims processing, provider networks, and service-related concerns.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed client reports, including key metrics on service delivery, claims management, and provider performance.
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all client interactions.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1-2  years of experience, preferably with experience in TPAs or assistance companies.
  • Prior experience in the marketing or provider management department within the insurance or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance, claims processing, and provider management.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, along with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to ensure optimal client servicing.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in the healthcare or Medical Assistance industry.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Arabic are essential.
