  1. Office Assistance:
  • Handle simple clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Distribute mail and packages to the respective departments.
  1. Support Event Preparation:
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for company events or meetings.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are arranged according to specifications.
  1. Groundskeeping:
  • Help maintain the external appearance of the premises by performing tasks like gardening, sweeping, or removing snow.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to accomplish team goals.
  • Take directions from supervisors and actively seek opportunities to contribute to various projects.
