We are seeking a highly motivated (Emirati) Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing trends, digital platforms, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
- Manage content creation: Work with internal and external resources to create content for various platforms, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and advertisements.
- Social media management: Oversee the company’s presence on social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Digital advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
- Market research: Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and key customer insights.
- Event coordination: Assist in planning and promoting company events, such as trade shows, webinars, or product launches.
- Reporting and analytics: Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms. Provide regular reports and recommendations to the marketing manager.
- Brand consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the company’s branding and messaging guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Proficiency in marketing software such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.

- Experience with graphic design or content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Knowledge of paid advertising strategies (Google AdWords, social media ads, etc.)
