Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone to introduce and sell cybersecurity courses.

Explain the course features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.

Handle customer inquiries, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service.

Maintain and update customer databases.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Report daily on sales progress and feedback.

Skills

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (both in English and any regional language spoken in UAE).
