Sales Executive - Great Wall & Haval

Purpose of the Job

To achieve the agreed sales target for Great Wall Motors and Haval in Abu Dhabi


Job Accountabilities


  • Achieve or exceed allocated sales targets for Great Wall Motors and Haval
  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service, thereby creating customer loyalty and repeat sales
  • Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded
  • Deals with daily showroom visits customers, handle telephone inquiries and engage in prospects sales
  • Ability to problem-solve and ultimately deliver sales results within set timeframes
  • Maintain regular communication with all customers during the purchase and delivery process
  • Continuously review, monitor, and evaluate sales opportunities and develop new sales strategies
  • Prepares weekly sales report and submits to line manager
  • Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager
  • Adhere to company procedures, particularly around cash and credit handling, to ensure safety of cash and minimum bad debts
  • Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities


Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills


  • University or higher Diploma is the minimum acceptable education level
  • Valid UAE driver’s license
  • Proficient in English – Arabic fluency to be an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive experience
  • Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach
  • Good team player, experienced in a professional, high pressure, working environment
