**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **HoReCa Sales Representative** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafés (HoReCa) across the UAE. This role involves outdoor sales, visiting potential and existing clients to promote and sell our products and services tailored to the HoReCa sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the HoReCa sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with hotels, coffee shops, restaurants, and cafés.
- Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients across the UAE, including remote areas.
- Present and promote company products to prospective clients in the food and beverage industry.
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of sales activities, pipeline management, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of sales.
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to the management team.
- Attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote the company.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the HoReCa sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés).
- Strong network and relationships with decision-makers in the HoReCa industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- **Own car** and valid UAE driving license are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE to meet with clients.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of coffee and café products is a plus.
