  • Coordinates with the Clients / Client Representatives for availing their requirements and send various reports to them according to the frequency such as receipt confirmation, expiry report and CBM report etc.
  • Coordinates with WMS Team to fix and modify any system related issues considering the transaction ASN,SO,reports, customer profile, and movement of the items.
  • Handle all anomalies related to any issues such as product non-conformity, customer complaints, inventory accuracy, identify the root cause, suggest, and implement the corrective and preventive actions.
  • Follow up and solve the customer complaints and work with team leaders to ensure the customer requirements are met.
  • Participate in all warehouse operations and activities and ensure data updates on the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Provides guidance and support to on ground team.
  • Follow up with customers Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure the process and procedure adherence and the standard operations are followed and implemented
  • Follows up for the system pending issues and monitor WMS activities and ensures data updates and ensures the on-time generation of inbound and out bound documents.
  • Ensure that all documents related to warehouse procedures and customers are kept and well archived.
  • May provide work leadership and training to lower-level professional employees.
  • Support Inventory department with monthly\ Yearly stock count process.
  • Commitment with all customers cut-off time for inbound and outbound and ensure finalizing all day-to-day tasks within the timeframe.
  • Coordinate with transportation team on daily basis for any delivery request from the customer.
  • Monitor the quality of operational activities according to procedures approved by top management, report cases of nonconformity, and follow corrective actions with the relevant department.
  • Commitment to safety and environmental requirements and reporting any unsafe act or unsafe condition
