We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and Cyber Security to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the ICT, Cyber Security, and AI markets, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in Telecom, Enterprise Networking, Cyber Security, and AI Services.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve agreed yearly/monthly sales targets as per the budget and management direction.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively position the company's solutions.
Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and service agreements, ensuring timely and beneficial deal closures.
Develop business with corporate end customers in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Infrastructure Technologies.
Requirements:
6+ years of B2B sales or account management experience within the ICT industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience in selling ICT products and solutions, with strong relationships in the SME, Hospitality, and Enterprise sectors.
Solid IT background, ideally from a systems integration focus, with expertise in Networking, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Telecom, and Cyber Security solutions.
Experience in selling AI products and services preferred but not essential.
