Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within our group of companies at UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training and development, as well as office administration, policy development, and compliance. The HR and Admin Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction, and supporting the organization's strategic goals through optimal utilisation of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

1.Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2.Employee contract drafting , visa processing and other related services.

3.Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions as necessary.

4.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and organizational objectives.

5.Administer/ overside employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and compensation management along with the financial department.

6.Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.

7.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to drive performance improvement.

8.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.


Administrative Management:

1.Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and vendor management.

2.Managing the trade licence renewal and other corporate legal services.

3.Represent the companies in front of government authorities for statutory compliance matters.

4.Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.

5.Managing, coordinating and directing office services, office maintenance, correspondence, administration related communications etc.

6.Collaborate with senior management to develop HR and Administration strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

7.Managing third party relationships with agencies and suppliers (Travel agencies, hotels, car rentals, etc.)

8.Overseeing employee logistics requirements such as travel arrangements, visa processing, etc.

9.Prepare reports and presentations on HR and administrative metrics for management review and decision-making.

Skills

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Legal, Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).

2.Proven experience (3 years) in HR and administrative management roles, preferably in Aviation Industry

3.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

5.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
