Job Description:
- Lead a team of joinery and interior design professionals including draughtsmen, materials engineer, etc.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout project life cycles.
- Review and ensure the correctness and completeness of joinery and Interior Fit-out drawings
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Male, 45 years old an below
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in joinery or fit-out
- Commercial and hospitality industry experience is a must
