Digital Marketing Expert (Social Media & PPC Campaign Management)
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to join our team and take full ownership of everything related to social media management and digital marketing campaigns. If you're a one-person powerhouse who can strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns (PPC)
- Strategy development, budgeting, offer creation, landing page setup, and ad copywriting
- Continuous tracking, analysis, and optimization of ad campaigns
- Lead generation and management, ensuring high-quality leads are captured
- Create graphic designs to create visually engaging ads
- Conduct in-depth competitor research to identify new marketing strategies
- Perform keyword research for high-converting keywords
- SEO work, including landing page optimization and tracking improvements
- Manage and implement tagging tools such as Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel
- Direct and shoot content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube videos, podcasts, and ads
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Campaign Performance: CTR, Conversion Rate, CPC, ROAS
- Lead Generation: Number of leads, lead quality
- Ad Creativity: Engagement metrics, Ad Relevance Score, Quality Score
- Competitor Analysis: Identifying new strategies and ideas
- Innovation: Number of new marketing initiatives, creativity in messaging
- Keyword Research: Contributing to SEO improvements and ranking
- Team Collaboration: Effective teamwork with designers and SEO teams
- Continuous Learning: Staying up to date with new strategies and marketing channels
Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms
- Creative mindset for developing new marketing offers and strategies
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently and drive results
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO and experience working on landing page optimization
- A self-starter who’s always learning new strategies and can adapt quickly to changing trends
