Job Title: Sales Account Manager – (Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Networking Products & Services)

Location: Dubai

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 7 to 10 years (5 years in UAE)

Salary Bracket: As per Industry standards.

Job Summary: As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Networking needs, and in delivering tailored solutions to Unicorp technologies Clients. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction within the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for all client interactions and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of cybersecurity products and services. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. End to End Sales Life Cycle including lead Generation, probing, negotiating and closing.
  • Solution Selling: Understand clients' cybersecurity, Infrastructure & networking challenges and requirements. Present and demonstrate relevant products and services, providing customized solutions to address their needs.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to position our solutions effectively and advise clients on best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including technical support, product management, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with client needs. Also needs to align with vendors & distributors.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and ability to drive sales revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales or account management, with at least 5 years specifically in the UAE market. Experience in the cybersecurity industry is highly preferred. Should have strong client base contacts in Dubai region.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Preferably MBA.

·      Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client accounts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Expert in selling products, solutions & services to large organizations.
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should have working knowledge of Cyber Security, Consolidation, Communication, Networking Solutions
  • Must have UAE driving license.
