We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.


Responsibilities

1. Coordinate office & online activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

2. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

3. Manage phone calls and correspondences

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

4. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

5. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

6. Assist colleagues whenever necessary

7. Must bring new customers and generate sale.

Skills

1. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for greeting walk in customers.

2. Excellent organizational and leadership skills

3. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

4. Must be able to work on POS software & MS Excel.

5. Degree not mandatory.


Salary+ Commission depends on sales generated.
