We're looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Systems & Analytics Supervisor. In this dynamic role, you will provide front-line support for Aftersales Business users on SAP and other applications, addressing issues and implementing system enhancements. The role includes maintaining master data and pricing, ensuring smooth daily operations, and analyzing aftersales performance for service and parts. You will identify market trends and opportunities in both B2C and B2B sectors to support strategic decision-making and maximize revenue.
What you will do
- Provide support on Aftersales Applications and entire retail Network.
- Regular maintenance of specific work packages in the SAP system for the Aftersales System is required.
- Assist with special marketing campaigns and accessory-related packages in the Aftersales system.
- Maintain master data and pricing details related to service operations.
- Assist in the rollout of new projects and system enhancements by conducting acceptance tests and providing end-user training.
- Collaborate with EIT to ensure the quick resolution of issues.
- Assist the Planning Manager with forecasting, budgeting, and planning exercises.
- Monitor and track KPI trends, providing insights to the Planning Manager to develop strategies to counteract negative trends or to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct feasibility studies to identify business opportunities in both retail and fleet operations.
- Support the operations of business systems, including calculations for incentives and rebate formulations.
Skills
Required skills to be successful
- Extensive experience with SAP IS Auto and various business applications
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the automotive industry
- Strong background in data analytics.
About the team
The role will report to Aftersales Planning Manager. You will be working in a dynamic and busy Automotive aftersales environment wherein you will be dealing directly with both internal and external customers.
What equips you for the role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or Business Administration.
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization.
- Knowledge on Business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alrteryx
- Extensive background in analytical tasks and project management.
- Excellent communication skills and strong supervisory abilities.
