Overview of the role:
The Operations Executive role involves full management of Al Futtaim Finance contract payments, along with various administrative tasks related to customer contracts.
What you will do;
- Processing Timely Customer Charges - This involves managing payments based on customer due dates using DDA, PDC, and EPG platforms.
- The role ensures accurate and prompt payment processing, effectively monitoring and handling transactions to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency
- Handling Default Payments -Managing payments for defaulting customers by coordinating with the Collections and Customer Service teams.
- This includes ensuring that overdue payments are reprocessed upon receiving confirmation from the team.
- Monitoring Ancillary Payments - Periodically reviewing and processing payments for ancillary charges related to closed lease contracts.
- This ensures that all additional fees are accurately billed and collected.
- Contract Closure - Handles the verification process during contract closures to ensure accuracy before finalizing the closure.
- Emirates ID & Trade License Update in the system after checking the document validity in the system/ tableau report.
- Security Cheque Management - Security Cheque requests received by Collections dept. & Customer Service are actioned on the same day
Skills
Required Skills to be successful:
Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in auto loan finance or leasing.
Job-Specific required to complete the tasks: good communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Planning and Organisation Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Decision Making Skills, Interpersonal Skills.
Language Skills: English Mandatory.
