As a Business Setup Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, guide clients through the process of establishing their businesses, providing expert advice and support to ensure a smooth and successful setup, and drive growth for the company. You will serve as a consultant, offering comprehensive guidance on legal, regulatory, and logistical aspects to help clients initiate their ventures effectively.
- Manage incoming leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to fully understand their business needs and present the appropriate setup/expansion plan
- Identify new business opportunities - including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services
- Present tailored recommendations to leads based on their business activities, requirements and market opportunities
- Assess and prepare all required documentation for the business setup process
- Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals
- Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated
- Be aware of changes to government policies, regulations, processes, etc., and anything that may affect the efficiency of the setup process
- Apply client knowledge and opportunity management to craft high impact solutions for clients
- Liaise with the client to keep them informed of the status and progress of their application, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish
- Attend networking events to promote our services
- Manage partner relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports
- Share insights with the marketing team to improve performance and enhance the lead quality
- Devise strategies and propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales process

Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 1+ years of extensive experience of working with a Free Zone or a Corporate Services Provider in the UAE.
- Highly structured and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
