We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of 4-5 years in stock keeping, preferably in the IT retail and manufacturing sectors. Candidates must have a proven track record of efficiently managing warehouse operations, including:

• Loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
• Accurately receiving and documenting goods.
• Organizing storage for easy access to inventory.
• Conducting regular stock checks and audits.
• Coordinating dispatch and delivery.

ERP Systems:

Proficiency in ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle is required. Candidates should have practical experience with these platforms to effectively manage inventory and enhance operations. This includes:

• Managing inventory records and reports.
• Collaborating with other departments.

Logistics and Shipment Knowledge:

A solid understanding of the supply chain is essential. The candidate should ensure order and shipping document accuracy, as well as be knowledgeable about customs clearance and shipping processes. Familiarity with best practices in shipping (air & sea freight), receiving, and inventory management is crucial.

Bookkeeping Skills:

The candidate should maintain accurate inventory and transaction records, prepare statements and reports on warehouse activities, and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and records.

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
