  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter project data into the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure programs accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect and organize necessary documentation.
  • Monitor document control processes and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on document status and data entry progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company and government documentation standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and project submissions.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with UAE government infrastructure project requirements and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
