We are looking for a Project Supervisor in Dubai Silicon Oasis who will be responsible for overseeing project activities from start to finish, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to established timelines, quality standards, and within budget. They will supervise project teams, coordinate with various departments, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Set project goals, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with company objectives and client requirements.

1. Team Supervision:

• Supervise and guide project teams, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines.
• Motivate team members and resolve conflicts to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

1. Budget & Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets, controlling costs while ensuring the project stays within financial parameters.
• Allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) and monitor their effective use.

1. Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track project progress and performance, adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Prepare project reports and updates for senior management and clients.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify and assess potential risks or issues that may impact project outcomes.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.

1. Quality Control:

• Ensure that the project meets all quality standards, company guidelines, and client expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of project deliverables.

1. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Promote a safe working environment for all project team members.

1. Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client, management, and project team.
• Manage client expectations and ensure a positive working relationship.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management or supervision.
• Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments)
• OSHA (for safety in relevant industries)
