Description
Welcome clients and visitors at the reception desk in line with Client Excellence standards.Manage meeting room bookings, setups, and AV equipment.Liaise with external caterers for refreshments and oversee security access.Support office moves and manage stationery supplies.Ensure a safe, professional environment while maintaining high levels of customer care.Operate integrated telephone and intercom systems.Provide and manage security access passes in collaboration with external security.Support the team in monitoring and controlling stationery supplies, including purchasing and delivery.Handle post room duties, including sorting and delivering internal mail.Perform minor repairs and support team efforts in delivering quality facilities services.Communicate regularly with building users to enhance facilities services.Ensure high levels of customer care for internal and external clients.Collaborate with the team to meet agreed KPIs and support facilities objectives.
Profile
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Are PC literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office.Can work independently in a high-pressure environment.Are enthusiastic, flexible, and have a can-do attitude.Preferably have experience in a professional services environment.
