Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Specialist will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, provide feedback, and assist with career development initiatives.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and industry standards. Regularly review and update the employee handbook.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate learning opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and compensation packages.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance data.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Manage employee disciplinary procedures as needed, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure workplace safety regulations are followed and manage health and safety programs.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR officer, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
