A reputable and well-established Bank company is actively recruiting a Head of Sustainable Finance for their team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the bank's overall sustainability objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities to enhance the bank's portfolio and support sustainable development goals.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the bank's progress related to finance products.
• Ensure strategies adhere to or exceed international standards relating to sustainable finance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate finance principles into the bank's core business activities.
• Provide guidance and expertise to colleagues and clients on investment strategies.

Skills

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Degree-level education in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in developing and leading sustainable finance management within the banking or financial service industry.
• Must have strong network within the MENA Region.
• Strong project management and financial modelling skills.
