  • Be Able to learn the products, understand the fragrance and be able to sell to the customer, upsell customer and do regular sales. Be able be a strong presence, welcoming customers, might have to spary perfume test strip and give outside to attract.
  • Not only be part of sales, but a team of people who fun the shop, getting the stock from the pick up if needed, being part of cleaning and all activities which help the shop.

  • As a Retail Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, assisting them in their product inquiries, preferences, and purchases to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and market competition to provide well-informed recommendations to customers, promptly address concerns or issues, and contribute to a harmonious and dynamic retail team atmosphere.
  • Actively supervise and maintain the appearance and arrangement of the retail floor, guaranteeing that merchandise displays are enticing, well-supplied, and appropriately tagged to stimulate customer curiosity and enhance sales.
  • Remain well-versed in product specifications, industry developments, and market rivals, allowing you to provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers, promptly tackle concerns or challenges, and contribute to a united and energetic retail team ambiance.
  • Effectively and accurately process point-of-sale transactions, upholding company policies and procedures with utmost adherence, managing cash exchanges, and overseeing the daily reconciliation and reporting of cash transactions.
  • Keep up-to-date with product specifics, industry trends, and competitive landscape, equipping you to offer well-founded suggestions to customers, promptly resolve concerns or inquiries, and contribute to a cohesive and dynamic retail team environment.
