Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in traditional and non-traditional markets within UAE (incl. hydrogen, carbon capture, etc.)
- Leading complex pursuits from beginning and structure capture teams as needed to support the engagement.
- Communicating broad portfolio of products, systems, and services to Endusers /Consultants.
- Working at various levels in the client organization (plant and corporate level), up to C-suite.
- Leading and/or participating in planning efforts in conjunction with other Sales and Business Development Managers.
- Developing, writing, and presenting business plans.
- Developing a clear understanding and concise picture of markets and competitive environments of relevant company businesses.
- Identifying major trends that result in strategic opportunities or challenges for our company business.
- Ensuring project progress and output according to defined schedule and milestones by coordinating cross-business teams.
- Creating new, fact-based impactful strategic insights and supports the Sales team in data gathering and analyses (from market assessment to business planning).
- Oversees collection and analysis of information and data to develop or evaluate potential growth opportunities: financial modelling (e.g. cost or profitability) and competitive analyses (product, business, financial performance, market positioning etc.)
- Acting as thought partner to senior management (Division/Business Unit/ Region/Country) on strategy issues.
- Proactively developing new ideas for profitable growth and strategic differentiation based on clear analyses and understanding of market
- Formulates AE Motion sales growth strategies and coordinate/lead implementation of growth actions with all stakeholders.
- Cross-boarders coordination with Global and Regional Teams to ensure actions are driven on local and regional level and targets are achieved.
- Regular follow up and review meetings across different levels to ensure actions are implemented as planned and strategy realignment when needed.
- Asses the Market to continuously generate new business opportunities across the assigned markets, accounts and through different channels to market.
- Spearhead the sales expansion plans across AE Motion community.
- Establish robust long term strong relationships with key players in the market.
- Work in tandem with assigned capture teams for key projects to ensure company is well positioned to win.
- Work closely with customers during budgeting and CAPEX planning phase to differentiate our company.
- Pursue Large Scale Projects in all major segments. Adapt new models and G2M set up to win granular opportunities differentiating our company from competition.
- Ensure expanding coverage in areas, customers, accounts and segments where our company has no presence.
- Competition Analysis to sharpen company Sales Force and enhance our competitive edge in the market.
- Collaborate with Service Division to position Energy Efficiency proposition in all major segments.
- Improve NPS rating @ customer base.
- Systematic update of SFDC in line with business recommendation and guidelines.

Education:
- BSC degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Prior Work Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Senior management/sales experience with a proven track record in sales growth of systems/engineered solutions
- Work experience across different industries and markets.
- Financial and commercial background.
Problem Solving:
- The job holder will be responsible for solving customers technical and operation problems offering MO solutions.
- Carry regular investigation with Customer to identify the optimum approach & recommend the preferred technical solutions avoiding productions losses or unplanned SD/Stoppages.
- Cross Divisional Collaboration, cross Business Areas Collaboration and Cross-boarders coordination across countries.

- Ability to develop annual sales plans supported by Backup Plans.
- Ability to establish long term strategies to develop healthy and consistent sales operations.
