Location: Dubai, UAE 

Position: Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems Engineer 

Language Preference: Russian Speaker Preferred 

English Proficiency: Required 

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain ventilation and air conditioning systems for various commercial and residential projects in Dubai.

- Ensure systems comply with local and international safety, quality, and environmental standards.

- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and necessary repairs to optimize performance.

- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of these systems in building projects.

- Conduct regular maintenance checks, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for existing systems.

Skills

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems.

- Strong knowledge of Dubai's building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.

- Russian language skills are highly preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
