Job Responsibilities:

- Prospect and identify potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.

- Present properties to clients and negotiate sales or rental agreements.

- Guide clients in making informed decisions about real estate transactions.

- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, and relevant data.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

- Meet monthly sales targets and provide progress reports to the team leader.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property trends.

- RERA certification (preferred).

- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
