- Data Collection & Maintenance: Collect and load data from various systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Maintain data structures and interfaces to ensure seamless integration with preceding systems.
- Data Processing & Analysis: Process data both automatically and manually, checking for correctness, completeness, and removing discrepancies. Aggregate data into tables and graphs to facilitate analysis and reporting.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports according to the reporting schedule. Present data in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate tools and techniques to support decision-making processes.
- Trend Analysis: Proactively analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to stakeholders. Highlight key findings and provide recommendations based on the analysis.
- Confidentiality: Ensure that all data handled is kept confidential and secure, following company policies and procedures. Exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information and ensure that data is shared only with authorized personnel.
- Collaboration: Work alongside different teams to understand business requirements for data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and ensure comprehensive analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep up with new reporting tools and technologies to improve data presentation and reporting. Suggest and implement improvements to current data analysis processes.
- Team Contribution: Work effectively as part of a team, contributing to all assignments and ensuring smooth communication and coordination with other employees and departments.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality work within deadlines, independently or with supervision. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.

Skills
Education: University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience handling large data sets and databases.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with an inclination for problem-solving. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data validity and accuracy.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
