As a Real Estate Agent specializing in warehouse leasing, you will support clients through the leasing process, provide expert guidance, and build lasting relationships. Your goal is to help clients find the right spaces for their unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the leasing process with expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property showings and consult with clients to understand their preferences.
- Prepare documents including purchase agreements, contracts, and deeds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, lenders, and industry professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on property laws, market trends, and industry developments.
- Maintain precise records of all transactions.
- Provide guidance on mortgages, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with property management and legal teams to ensure seamless transactions.

Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred);
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent or broker;
- Specialized experience in warehouse leasing (required);
- Proven record of successful transactions and an established network of buyers, sellers, and tenants;
- Own a car and a laptop;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Valid UAE real estate broker’s license.
