HR Responsibilities:
1, HR Planning: Develop company personnel budgets and execute them based on company strategic objectives.
2, Recruitment: Post,analyze,collect,filter resumes and arrange in interviews.
3, Training: Develop training plans and organize training sessions.
4, Performance appraisal: Participate in setting the content of performance appraisal targets, organize the evaluation, and announce the results.
5, Compensation management: Participate in formulating and adjusting the compensation system, reviewing and confirming compensation payments.
6, Employment: Review and process procedures for employment, resignation, and other related matters.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1, Meeting minutes and follow-up,
2, Company Seal and Letter Management: Manage the company's seals, send and receive external documents and archives.
3, Handle company-related employment procedures, including work visas.
4, Company Vehicle Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of company vehicles.
5, External corporate promotion and cultural propaganda, client Reception: Handle corporate promotion, cultural propaganda, and client reception work.
6, Event organization and coordination: Organize and coordinate events.
7, Company qualification and license management: Manage the company's qualifications and licenses.
Skills
Skills and Qualifications:
1, Minimum 3 years of HR and administrative experience in the UAE in a similar role.
2, Strong understanding of the UAE's company law and related laws and regulations.
3, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
4, Experience in external corporate promotion, cultural propaganda, and client reception.
5, Fluent in English.
6, Arabic and Chinese are preferred.
