Skills
You need to be flexible and adaptable. You have to be able to handle unexpected situations, like when a client has an allergy to one of your products or if you run out of the wax that they usually use. Being reliable means not only showing up for work on time, but also being prepared for each session with all the necessary tools and supplies.
Being professional means acting in a way that reflects positively on your business (and yourself), even when things get stressful or busy at work. This includes keeping calm when mistakes happen and treating clients with respect regardless of how they treat you personally--even if they're rude
