Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Executive to manage and expand relationships within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sector. This individual will play a critical role in driving sales and fostering strong partnerships between the company and key HORECA clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key HORECA clients, focusing on promoting cheese and dairy products.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to execute strategic account plans and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and assess sales performance, market trends, and client needs to identify areas for growth.
- Negotiate terms, promotional activities, and product placements to enhance profitability and market share.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports with actionable insights for account development.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless account management.
- Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of products, addressing any order fulfilment challenges promptly.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Serve as the primary contact for HORECA clients, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: in FMCG, with a strong background in managing key HORECA accounts, preferably with cheese or dairy products.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to support strategic decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms with clients to secure favourable outcomes.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving challenges effectively, aligning solutions with business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills for data analysis.
- Previous experience working with key HORECA clients is an advantage.
- Arabic speakers are preferred.
