Outlet Manager

Our client is an awarding winning Hotel offering luxury rooms, hosting bespoke events with style, popular restaurants, and F&B outlets.

We are seeking a Sports Bar Manager with experience in a hotel environment

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other, motivated and competent
• Apply HR policies and programs diligently and effectively
• Maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of the outlet area and all who work in it
• Implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all areas of the outlet delivery so that guests’ expectations are exceeded
• Effectively manage the administration including meetings, action plans, preparation, menu planning and costing, equipment control, bookings and budgets
• Fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards

Skills

Requirements:

• Degree, diploma or equivalent in hospitality
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in managing an outlet within a hotel
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact with guests and provide the highest level of customer service
