Marketing Manager (Bilingual)

  • Work closely with clients to understand their marketing needs, offer solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects and campaigns. Ability to meet clients in person when required.
  • Oversee and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, and more. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and analyze results to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with our in-house design and creative teams to ensure marketing materials (including visual designs, branding elements, and social media content) align with clients’ objectives.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitors. Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives. Adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
  • Contribute to brand development strategies for both Aquaholic Creatives and client brands. Ensure consistency and coherence across all marketing materials.

Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, branding, and client management. UAE experience is essential.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in both English or any other language is preferred, and Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Software Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other design tools is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience managing client relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • A valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage but not required.
  • Self-starter and can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to bring fresh ideas to the table.
