Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Inches Real Estate in Amman, Jordan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Leadership and Team Management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
