Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in various sectors such as real estate developers, building contractors, architects, and facility managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their vertical transportation needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing to close deals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
2. Technical Expertise:
• Possess deep technical knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to recommend appropriate elevator solutions based on the building’s structure, capacity, and usage.
• Work with engineering and project teams to ensure that client specifications are met in the proposal and execution stages.
3. Proposal and Quotation Management:
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and cost estimates for clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to estimate timelines, costs, and resources required for installation.
4. Client Support and Consultation:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing post-sales support.
• Guide clients through the purchasing process, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service throughout.
• Offer after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and competitor activities to offer clients the best solutions.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and provide strategic insights to the management team.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and stay informed about market developments.
6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including installation, maintenance, and project management teams, to ensure smooth delivery and installation of sold solutions.
• Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.

Skills
1. Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or related field. A background in elevator technology is a plus.
2. Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of elevator systems, escalators, and other vertical transportation technologies.
3. Sales Skills:
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the elevator, construction, or building services industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Project Management Skills:
• Ability to manage multiple sales projects, from initiation through to contract completion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and reporting software.
