• Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
• Support patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and eating.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety by following infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Collaborate with other nurses, healthcare providers, and staff to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.
• Respond to emergency situations as necessary, providing basic life support and first aid as needed.
