Overview:
We seek an experienced Supplier Onboarding and Purchase Specialist with 3+ years in the UAE FMCG market and a strong network of manufacturers, importers, and wholesale distributors. This role requires expertise in leveraging established relationships to onboard suppliers, manage procurement, and optimize supply processes on the SupplyMatch platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Onboarding and Relationship Management
- Lead the onboarding of FMCG suppliers onto the SupplyMatch platform, ensuring accurate product listings and warehouse availability.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers, aligning their operations with SupplyMatch’s ERP and POS systems for seamless integration.
- Vendor Management and Support
- Serve as the main contact for suppliers, assisting them with platform functionality, inventory syncing, and order management.
- Provide ongoing support for any supplier issues related to orders, payments, and system integrations.
- Purchasing and Inventory Coordination
- Manage purchasing activities, including price negotiation, demand forecasting, and stock level planning to ensure optimal inventory.
- Utilize data analysis to monitor supplier performance and adjust stock levels, preventing supply shortages.
- Negotiation and Contract Management
- Negotiate volume purchases and favorable terms with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and cost savings.
- Finalize supplier agreements that support cost-efficiency and prioritize long-term partnerships.
- Logistics and Delivery Oversight
- Coordinate with logistics to guarantee on-time delivery within 90 minutes, using SupplyMatch’s Express Delivery service to maintain stock levels and avoid stockouts.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure products meet SupplyMatch’s quality standards through regular supplier evaluations and compliance checks.
- Resolve issues related to product quality or delivery, minimizing any disruption to operations.
- Promotion and Sales Support
- Work with suppliers to arrange exclusive promotions, bulk discounts, and seasonal offers that drive sales and increase customer engagement on the platform.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze purchasing trends and supplier performance, providing regular reports to optimize procurement strategies and align with company goals.
Must-Have Skills:
- UAE FMCG Experience: Minimum 3 years in supplier onboarding and purchasing within the UAE FMCG market, with a well-established local network.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and mobile applications for supplier onboarding and inventory coordination.
- Negotiation and Relationship Management: Proven skills in volume negotiation, contract management, and fostering strong supplier partnerships.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively address issues in onboarding, procurement, and inventory management.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, adept at explaining platform benefits and effectively negotiating with suppliers.

Salary Range temporary work permit
- Total Cost To Company AED6500
- Basic Salary: AED 1,500
- Performance incentives: Additional incentives of up to AED 5,000 per month, based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as supplier onboarding rate, successful order fulfillment, and cost savings achieved through gooods purchases.

Full-Time Compensation (Post 3-6 Month Performance Review):
- Basic Salary: AED 3,000
- Transportation Allowance: AED 330
- Performance-Based Bonuses:
- Additional performance incentives of AED 5,000 – 15,000 per month, based on KPIs such as supplier onboarding rate, successful order fulfillment, and cost savings achieved through procurement.

Performance Clause:
As part of supplymatch’s high-performance culture, all candidates are expected to meet minimum performance parameters outlined in their offer letter. Failure to meet performance targets part time/full time /temporary work permit will result in immediate termination of the contract, in line with UAE labor laws.
