Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
