1. Sales and Negotiation Skills

• Ability to confidently negotiate property prices and close deals.

• Strong sales techniques to achieve or exceed targets.

2. Market Knowledge and Research Skills

• Understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including pricing, trends, and key areas.

• Ability to analyze and stay updated on market developments and client preferences.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing property portfolios and client databases.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain client relationships.

4. Communication Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and Arabic, if possible, for better client reach).

• Ability to explain property features, financial solutions, and legal procedures clearly.

5. Financial Understanding

• Basic understanding of financial solutions, mortgage options, and payment plans to offer tailored advice to clients.

6. Organizational and Time Management Skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks, conduct multiple viewings, and manage time efficiently.

• Detail-oriented to ensure paperwork, contracts, and negotiations are handled professionally.

7. Presentation and Professionalism

• Professional demeanor when conducting viewings or dealing with clients.

• Ability to showcase properties in the best possible light.

8. Self-Motivation and Drive
