Charterhouse is working in partnership with a global advisory firm which is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion plans and secure new strategic business relationships across the Gulf markets.
About the role
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company’s growth efforts for the Middle East. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of RFPs and bids for new business in collaboration with key stakeholders. This would involve conducting thorough research of target markets and industry trends to develop intelligence in order to inform proposal and business development strategies.
This is a hands-on role which will be at the forefront of proposal development, creating tailored content and proposals to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and gain competitive advantage. Additionally, the role would involve aspects of project management, implementing best practices and tools to streamline the bid management process and enhance efficiency.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have a Bachelors in Business or a related field with proven B2B experience, handling proposal management/ business development activity. Previous experience working with a global consultancy is highly advantageous.
