Position Summary:
The Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor oversees construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards. They manage site activities and coordinate with teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction site activities and personnel.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets project requirements.

Skills
