We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, proficiency in industry-standard design software, and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Director & marketing team of various clients to create visually compelling assets that align with their brand and resonate with the audience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email templates, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that capture attention and communicate key messages effectively.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a high standard of work.
- Assist in developing visual elements for product packaging, event branding, and other special projects as needed.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in digital and print media.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
