Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the travel industry, focusing on products such as travel management, holiday packages, and visa services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Propose customized solutions and enhancements in travel management, holiday packages, and visa services to exceed client expectations.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms in all business segments, particularly travel management, holidays, and visa services.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client engagement, business development efforts, and market trends for senior management review.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all interactions and activities.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the travel industry, with an in-depth understanding of travel management, holiday products, and visa services.
  • Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Business Development within the travel sector.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and Arabic is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills.
