    • Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred

Key Interactions & Nature of Interaction

Internal Interactions:
• Cooperate with General Secretary for providing strategic and managerial documentation for application across GSO
• Cooperate with GSO departments for measuring performance and implementing improvement activities
External Interactions:
• Cooperate with GSO’s external parties to incorporate their feedback and capabilities into the organizational strategy

  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
    • Excellent research and development skiulls.
    • Good strategic thinking skills
    • Good decision making skills
    • Excellent business acumen and understanding of business models
    • Experience in working with business partners at all levels of management
    • Good organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office environment
    • Good command of written and spoken Arabic and English
