Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our growth initiatives across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase our client base and revenue across the UAE
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Represent Zain Limousine at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and market insights
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the luxury service or transportation industry
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the Emirates
