  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and visuals to enhance searchability and conversions.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in pricing, features, and customer reviews.
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams.
  • Implement forecasting tools to predict demand surges, especially during seasonal campaigns.
  1. Campaign Execution:
  • Launch and manage promotional campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Run PPC campaigns with a proven focus on ROI optimization.
  • Utilize A/B testing to evaluate campaign performance and improve click-through rates (CTR).
  1. Customer Experience Management:
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Use CRM tools to engage customers and foster long-term loyalty.
  1. Data Analytics:
  • Analyze sales, conversion rates, and customer demographics to inform strategy.
  • Generate detailed reports to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management.


Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with fashion or accessories.
  • Proven track record of success managing Amazon and Noon stores.
  • Hands-on experience in PPC campaign management and performance tracking.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and similar tools.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
