Job Purpose • To co-ordinate sale of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products with a view to achieving finance and insurance penetration targets set and enhance the sales process on the sales floor.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities Functional Roles and Responsibilities
• Contact existing showroom customers and co-ordinate renewal of their existing insurance through ATM’s supporting panel of insurers.
• Conduct F&I procedures in accordance with customer needs and pre agreed processes so that targets are met on a monthly basis throughout ATM.
• Prepare quotations for the customer deals and file all the records appropriately
• Ensure that customers are fully informed regarding terms and conditions of each contract and are aware of any exclusions or benefits that may be relevant prior to purchase
• Collect all proofs required by the supporting bank and secure the credit line prior to a vehicle being released by the sales department
• Reconcile the commission payable from supporting banks against each deal and keep a financial control log on a daily basis
• Maintain all the documentation and ensure up to date records and reports are provided to the F&I Supervisor to communicate the individual sales person achievement for the showroom.

Job Requirements Education/Certification and Continued Education
• Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route
Years of Experience • 1 – 2 years solid experience in finance or insurance markets in association with the motor industry within UAE market.
