Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the accreditation processes, develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and government bodies, and oversee the implementation of special projects and new academic programs. This role demands strong organizational, strategic, and interpersonal skills to drive growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. University Accreditation Management:

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end process of obtaining and maintaining university accreditation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
• Liaise with accreditation bodies, auditors, and education institutions to facilitate timely approvals.

1. Building Relationships:

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong government relations with relevant departments and agencies.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and forums to enhance collaborative opportunities.

1. Government Relations and Partnerships:

• Collaborate with government departments to align projects with national education goals.
• Secure and manage agreements for joint initiatives with government bodies.
• Stay updated on policies, regulations, and funding opportunities affecting the education sector.

1. Process Management:

• Streamline and manage internal processes to ensure efficiency in project execution.
• Monitor and report on project milestones, budgets, and outcomes.
• Develop standard operating procedures for managing complex projects and partnerships.

1. Special Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and oversee special projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

1. Program Development:

• Lead the design and implementation of innovative educational programs.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in education.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create programs that address industry and academic needs.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business management, education consultancy, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in university accreditation and working with government bodies.
• Strong understanding of the education sector, policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
